A simple process for homeowners

Eligibility and final rebate values depend on current program rules, pre/post assessments, and the completed upgrade scope.

1. Book an energy assessment

A licensed energy advisor evaluates your home and identifies which upgrades qualify for rebate funding. The assessment itself may be eligible for a rebate of up to $600.

2. Confirm eligible insulation upgrades

Choose the scope of work that fits your property — attic, walls, foundation, crawlspace, or air sealing. Mega Construction can guide you through which upgrades qualify.

3. Complete the installation

Mega Construction installs the approved upgrades with certified materials and clean workmanship. Work is completed on schedule with minimal disruption.

4. Claim your rebate

After a post-assessment confirms the completed work, your rebate is processed through the program. Final amounts depend on upgrade type, scope, and current program eligibility requirements.
